We like this checklist that we've just found on the National Kidney Federation website.  There is some useful advice here, encouraging dialysis users to review their care at least once a year.  To read this checklist please read the piece below:

One of the issues raised is the environment where you dialyse - is this right for you, are the staff friendly and are there things to help you relieve the boredom?

We are keen to help dialysis users raise the standard of both treatment and care people receive at dialysis centres around the world.  You can review centres where you dialyse regulalry AND those you visit on your travels on www.globaldialysis.com - this will really help other users.

To add your reviews please register and login to the site.

Hi I'm Katy and I run Global Dialysis with Russell England. I am a trained nurse and used to work on the renal transplant unit at St Bartholomew's Hospital.  I've worked in the healthcare world for over 25 years and love it! I enjoy helping people get the right information and the right care and campaign for the needs of patients, their carers and centre staff. I'm passionate about making Global Dialysis the best it can possibly be for dialysis users and their carers across the globe.  I met Russ a few years, actually just by chance, and am so delighted to be working with him here!  I have a son, William (9) and two Jack Russels - Harry and Potter and I enjoy my family, long walks in the countryside and marathon running!
