Planning a trip to the Philippines in the Spring 2009. Are there any in Manila. Please recommend so my physician can make arrangements to schedule my trearments while I am in Manila. Would there be a cost? I have Medicare and Blue Cross/Blue Sheild for insurance. Thank you.
