Gedurende mijn bezoek aan Rome heb .ik hier gedialyseerd. Hoewel wij de bevestiging gekregen hadden was men op de afdeling niet op de hoogte van mijn komst. Na navraag en heen en weer gepraat in het Engels was het in orde. Vervolgens discussie rondom manier van dialyseren en kapot apparaat. Uiteindelijk toch gedialyseerd.Kliniek is voor Nederlandse begrippen gedateerd maar personeel is behulpzaam. Zorg dat je gegevens van eigen ziekenhuis bij je hebt.

I am quite disappointed because they don't seem to accept the EHIC any more. When I visited Rome in 2006 they did, but now they told me to bring 300 Euro (in Germany they pay about 200 Euro, so I'd have to pay 100 Euro on my own, which I simply can't). It's a pity; I liked the center a lot in 2006.

I have been in this center two years ago. It's a nice center and friendly nurses and doctors. If you want to go to Roma it's a good option. don't forget your European Health Card.

This clinic of state of the art 18 machines with beds for all patients was very accomodating on my recent visit to Rome. The clinic is centrally located in Rome and was very accomodating to my needs. Setting up the appointments and getting records to them was easy. I was assisted by a person who spoke English and found the experience very similiar to my dialysis in the United States. Visitors are discouraged, as is eating. However, a snack is provided during the treatment! All in all, I highly recommend this centre.
