Trip to Antalya in Turkey with the International Dialysis Center Antalya Print
Unser erster Dialyseurlaub   (English translation below)  Trip to the International Dialysis Center Antalya!  gdmember64x64

Mein erster Anruf bei ZM Touristik in Düsseldorf setzte eine vorbildliche Organisation in Aktion;

HOSCA KAL!

Danke Für Alles Was Du Für Mich

English translation

Our first holiday dialysis

I (Horst) and my wife Barbara went abroad last June for the first time to the Turkish coast. I would like to share here both my travel impressions, as well as my fears and joys with you, perhaps to encourage other patients to travel to foreign countries.

In the journal "The kidney patient," we found an advert from the ZM Turset dialysis organization with the headline: "It's time for an inexpensive holiday! " For an unbelievably low price we could dialyse at IDC Antalya holiday dialysis and stay in the five-star hotel in Antalya Divan Talya for 2 weeks vacation ... and with all the trimmings!
But dialyze in a foreign country? .... Plus the inexperience in such a booking with rice and about dialysis? . ... Simply put:
"I had the wind up!"

From other dialysis users I had heard about Turset, especially that they have run trips for many years with many satisfied regular guests. When I then grabbed a wave of courage I said to my wife: "NOW OR NEVER" because the offers available exclusively to patients and & Co. were so cheap. Since I had finally overcome my gift to my jump Barbara, who always stood tirelessly by my side as a "thank you" a nice vacation.

My first call to ZM tourism in Dusseldorf set an exemplary organization in action; The recall of Mrs. Gulay scoop IDC Marketing Manager Dialysis-made promptly. All questions on dialysis e.g. Costs, confirmation by the insurance company, how to get back on dialysis and who booked the hotel, the return flight .... all this has been answered convincingly many times. The financing costs of dialysis was done at my request by them.

Mr. Mehmet Tüzel of Turset has subsequently performed all travel-related bookings and all previously agreed deadlines were met on time. It was a surprise to us how easy it can be a dialysis travel booking, earlier I thought that it requires much more complicated planning.

Barbara and I were met at the airport and off we went to our hotel. The promise that the Divan is a "five-star Charming Hotel", we can confirm uneingeschräkt. The design of the entire hotel was dignified taste. The view from our balcony was unique. How often did you have a room so close to the sea and also in view of the mountains?

Sooo, then came the first dialysis appointment on Monday. I thought "If that still works so well .... I can even really begin my vacation with "The Dialysebus arrived on time and it took maybe 10 minutes through the city center. The IDC dialysis DALYSIS INTERNATIONAL CENTER-corresponded to the international standard, as the name says it.

There were brown and Fresenius machines. Directed by Gulay, 3 doctors and many sympathetic and good-looking sisters passed the necessary time flew by. The food was delicious, the service very individual. As a snack, we even got fruit, toast etc. Each of us had a mini-TV but I would rather spend the time to read or some joke with Senay, Serap, Ayse and the others.

Thus, the symbiosis of hotel, airline and dialysis is very good.

The management of the hotel is in good hands, the friendly and unobtrusive service of the staff was pleasant. The meals offered were fantastic also for the eyes!
Our hotel rooms, the beach and pool area were like an oasis, and the whole holiday as a balm for our mind.

Antalya is a endzückende port city with many interesting excursions in the area, the sunken city, St Nicholas Church in Demre, the ruins of Perge, or-still intact-ancient Aspendos Theater, where even "Wetten Dass ..." aired with Thomas Gottschalk (from Here again many thanks to Osman and Bekir, our tour guides)
Many evenings we have walked through the palm-lined streets, because whether parks, cafes and shopping avenue .... Get out of the hotel and it is mittenrin same!

It was my first holiday abroad with dialysis.
It will probably remain the best but its definitely not the last.
We still had no travel, no vacation was where the price performance ratio is excellent.

Gulay - THANK YOU
HOSCA KAL!
