I am a dialysis patient in Zeeland, MI USA, thru Gambro Healthcare, Inc., USA.
I plan to travel to Joberg in 2005 and want to be able to dialyze M W F or T Th Sat., 4hour runs
I have been on dialysis for 2 yrs 10 months and I am on the Mayo Clinic Kidney transplant list for 2 + years.
My wife will be in Joberg mid Nov.-early Dec. 2004 and would like to visit your facility.
What are your per-run charges ?
