I was in Zakopane and made dialysis in the end of 2012. The center consists of one great room in the first floor with appr. 10 places. The personal is very friendly but unfortunately you don't get a meal, not even during a 5 hours shift.
There is one nurse who speaks English, but if you've got problems or you want to know something more exactly it is difficult in English.
The medical standard is good.
