Very pleased with the staff and facility. I intend to return. The roast beef sandwich and tea were included. Internet available.
I was in London March of 2008 and had three treatment at the clinic. Excellent service and very courteous staff. I will go there again if I travel to London.

Visited the clinic for the first time in may 2008
I had 3 treatments.Small unit,4 machines but Exelent staff, and I enjoyed sandwiches and tea.Had to pay before each treatment. As Pat C says they are concerned about hepatitis so it was compulsory to take a test at the clinic before the first dialysis.Had to pay for this one to.Sesions at 0830 and 1400. Very central.I was very pleased whit my stay. I had hoped to arrange dialysis is Exeter but found they needed about two years notice. The London Clinic took me with three months notice. They are very concerned about hepatitis. You will need a test within two weeks of arrival and another at the Clinic no more than a day before first dialysis. I made the mistake of going for the test the morning of dialysis. It took about half an hour to get a requisition for the blood test. In the end, the blood test consumed 1 1/2 hours. I strongly recommend having it done the day before. After the test, I was told to come back at l for dialysis, instead of 2 as previously arranged. The test results were not available so I finally got on at 3. As I didn't have time for lunch, I was glad to be fed once I was hooked up. The tuna sandwich, salad and tea were well prepared. The downside is that the cost at the private clinic is more than twice as much as at a public facility. Good idea to plan ahead, well ahead, if you want dialysis while in Britain.
Visited the london Clinic last year during August. Small but quaint. The staff is very profesional. I extremely enjoyed my visits each day. Loved my meals.
I have been to the London Clinic Dialysis unit 3 times during the last 3 years. I am very pleased with my visits.
